Automatic transmissions (AT)
The method describes the treatment of automatic transmissions (AT) with "XADO revitalizant gel for automatic transmissions" by introducing the gel into the oil filler neck. The treatment is performed without disassembly; the vehicle is then operated in the normal mode.

What is treated
- Serviceable automatic transmissions (AT) that have no parts with 100% wear or macromechanical damage
When treatment is not performed
- ATs having parts with 100% wear or macromechanical damage are not subject to treatment
Preparation
- Check the fluid level in the AT sump (item 6.3.1)
- Shake the can of "XADO revitalizant gel for automatic transmissions" (item 6.3.2)

Treatment stages
- Check the fluid level in the AT sump
- Shake the can of "XADO revitalizant gel for automatic transmissions"
- Dispense the required amount of "XADO revitalizant gel for automatic transmissions" into the oil filler neck (the dipstick opening) of the AT
- Operate the vehicle in the normal mode50 h of mechanism operation (1500 km of mileage)
After treatment
- Revitalization is considered complete after 50 h of mechanism operation (1500 km of mileage)
- A characteristic sign that revitalization has begun is an improvement in AT operation (reduced noise, smoother gear shifting) from the very first kilometers of mileage after the treatment
Points to watch
- The revitalizant is compatible with all types of automatic transmission fluids (Dexron®, Mercon®, Mopar ATF, CVT), does not enter into chemical reactions with them and does not change their viscosity, friction or other physicochemical properties
