XADO revitalizant gels — industrial range

Eight compounds by component type. Treatment runs without disassembly and without taking the unit out of service: a calculated dose of gel is added to the standard oil in stages. Consumption rate and number of stages are quoted from instruction IE-24.6-25612000-005-2008.

Preparation before treatment

The instruction requires the gel to go into a clean system and the first measurement to be taken on a decarbonised engine. These compounds do that — they come before the treatment, not instead of it.

Decarbonising before treatment
XADO RED ANTICARBON

XADO RED ANTICARBON

Decarbonising the piston rings before treatment. Replaces the VERYLUBE “Anticoks” named in the instruction. 320 ml aerosol.

Doseper the XADO instruction — 1–4 tubes of 10.0 ml per cylinder; in the current packaging — a 320 ml can

Reports from different years name the same technology differently: “XADO compound”, “XADO technology”, “revitalizant”, “gel”. These are names of one XADO revitalisation technology, as they were used in the year the document was written. We quote them exactly as written and replace nothing.
