AVZ-20D vacuum pump
The vacuum pump is not among the 24 procedures of the instruction — this is a separate applied development. The effect is visible in the residual pressure and the pumping speed.

What is treated
- A serviceable vacuum pump with no critically worn parts.
- The oil filter has been flushed or replaced.

Dosage rates

Treatment stages

- Pumping speed, residual pressure and power consumption are compared.
Points to watch
- Preventive re-treatment: 2 tubes in 2 stages every 2000 operating hours, and in an aggressive environment — every 1000.
- For a new pump treated on a test bench, before installation in its regular position — 30 hours under nominal load.
