ГШ Compressor

Air compressor with a 25 l oil bath. Treatment is carried out through the crankcase, in three stages, without disassembling the machine.

ГШ-type air compressor, 25 l oil bath

The class standard is 1.5 ml per litre; for this particular machine the engineer prescribed 1.2 ml/l. Piston compressors →

Treatment stages

  1. In a separate vessel, dilute the gel in the standard oil heated to 50–60 °C (1 part gel to 5–10 parts oil), stir until completely dissolved and add to the crankcase of the warmed-up compressor.Start of total operating time count
  2. The second stage is performed in the same way as the first. After 8–12 hours of total operating time
  3. The third stage is performed in the same way as the first. After a further 8–12 hours of operating time
